Yona Beach Club ticket prices and packages, explained

How Yona pricing actually works
Treat the ticket as a food-and-drink budget with a pool attached, and the pricing makes sense; treat it as an entry fee, and it feels expensive. The credit spends against the restaurant and the four bars — Asian and Mediterranean sharing plates, sushi, pizzas, Thai classics, cocktails from the rooftop bar — and outside food and drink are not allowed, so the credit is the food plan. Gillian’s review is the useful case study: her group booked an afternoon package with 6,000 THB of credit and “ended up not using 1,500” of it. Order steadily from the start rather than saving it all for a big finish. What a session feels like hour by hour is at what to expect.
Session passes
Yona runs two non-overlapping sessions daily, roughly 9:30 to 21:30 in total. The venue prices in THB; the figures below are the credits each pass carries.
| Pass | Session | Credit included |
|---|---|---|
| Morning pass | 9:30–14:00, family-friendly | ~1,500 THB credit |
| Kids’ pass | Morning session only | ~500 THB credit |
| Day & afternoon pass | 14:00–21:30, adults only | ~2,000 THB credit |
| Ladies’ pass | Afternoon, women only | ~1,000 THB credit |
The afternoon is adults only — the venue checks photo ID at check-in; confirm the current minimum age when booking. Kids are welcome in the morning session, with last check-in around noon. The full rules are at age policy, and the morning-versus-afternoon decision is walked through on the day pass page.
Reserved seating and cabanas
A standard pass gets you pool access and general seating. If you want a guaranteed spot — and on high-season weekends I would — the reserved tiers go from beds for two up to cabanas for seven, with the cabana price converting to credit the same way the passes do.
| Tier | Fits | What you pay for |
|---|---|---|
| Sea beds & pool beds | 1–2 people | Reserved spot by the water |
| Sofas | Up to 4 people | Reserved lounge seating |
| Small cabana | 1–4 people | ~8,000 THB credit |
| Medium cabana | 1–5 people | ~10,000 THB credit |
| Maxi cabana | 1–7 people | ~14,000 THB credit |
One warning from the reviews: the pool beds sit in full sun, and at least one traveller came home burnt. Towels are provided; sunscreen is yours to bring — the packing list is at what to bring.
What the GetYourGuide ticket includes
The $60 GetYourGuide ticket books you a session with the shuttle boat, welcome drink, towel service, pool access and insurance included, and free cancellation windows of 24 to 72 hours depending on the option you pick. Windie’s review called the pier check-in “elegant and professional”, which matches what I have seen — bring your booking confirmation and, for the afternoon, your ID.
What all six experiences cost
For context, here is every product I compare on this site, per person, in USD, as listed on GetYourGuide when I last checked.
| Experience | Price | What you get | Rating |
|---|---|---|---|
| YONA Floating Beach Club Day Experience | $60 | One session, 4.5 or 7.5 h | 4.6 (3,110 reviews) |
| Maya, Phi Phi & Bamboo Island with Buffet Lunch | $57 | ~8 h speedboat island day | 4.6 (21,190 reviews) |
| Sunset Catamaran Party: DJ Cruise, Racha & Coral | $117 | 8 h party catamaran | 4.6 (87 reviews) |
| James Bond Island Luxury Sunset Cruise | $147 | 8 h premium Phang Nga cruise | 4.9 (1,859 reviews) |
| Coral Island Half-Day Tour by Speedboat | $45 | 3–4 h budget speedboat | 4.0 (57 reviews) |
| Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Ethical Feeding | $27 | Land visit, no riding | 4.8 (5,316 reviews) |
If the Yona numbers make you hesitate, that is worth listening to — the honest arithmetic of who the club suits is at is it worth it, and the five alternative days are compared at boat parties & cruises.
Whatever you book, check which pier applies to your date before paying for a taxi: Patong Boat Pier roughly mid-November to late March, Royal Phuket Marina the rest of the year. Turning up at the wrong one is the most expensive mistake on this page.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Yona Beach Club cost per person?
The GetYourGuide session ticket is $60 per person, and most of the venue’s own pricing converts to credit: about 1,500 THB on the morning pass, 2,000 THB on the day/afternoon pass. What a session includes minute by minute is on the day pass page.
Is the entry fee separate from the food credit?
No — the credit is the point of the ticket. Every package also includes the round-trip shuttle boat, a welcome drink, towel service, pool access and passenger insurance, so there is no separate boat fare to budget for. The pier logistics are at how to get there.
How much is a cabana at Yona?
Small cabanas (1–4 people) carry about 8,000 THB of credit, medium (1–5) about 10,000 THB, and the maxi (1–7) about 14,000 THB. Sea beds, pool beds and sofas are the cheaper reserved tiers. For a group, a cabana usually beats four separate passes — book it the way how to book describes.
Do children pay full price?
There is a kids’ pass with about 500 THB of credit, valid in the family-friendly morning session only — the afternoon is adults only and the venue checks ID. Details at age policy.
